View Party Bookings
To view party bookings, click on “Parties” tab on your left side of the screen.
After ticking the “Parties” tab on your left side menu, it will direct you to the party bookings’ in List View
Listed party bookings can be filtered to dispaly a party bookings by date or by products (or by party).
Must click the “Filter” button after selecting the desired filters so that the page will refresh & display the filtered bookings.
To view party booking in Calendar/Month View, tick on “Calendar” tab on your left side menu under Parties’ tab.
Calendar view can also be filtered to display a Party Bookings by products & to move to different Month & Year.

To view bookings in Day View, click the “Day View” button (on the upper-right side of your screen) from the Calendar View page.
On the next page which is the Day View, you can also filter this page by products bookings.
The second highlighted section on the screenshot above displays the time & the party booking ID number which will start where its aligned with as it shows on the screenshot below.
On this example, the party booking ID #12106 will start at 6:00 PM.

Modify Party Booking Details
To modify party booking details, tick on the Booking ID number as it shows on the highlighted sections from the following images on a different views.
After ticking the Booking ID number in any type of views, you’ll be directed to this page where you can modify the party booking’s details
Modify Party Booking Date/Time
On the screenshot below, the highlighted section is where you can modify the party booking’s start date & time, end date & time, and set the the booking if its for all day.
Modify Party “Type” and Resource
On the screenshot below, the hightlighted section is where you can modify the party booking’s type, simply by ticking the “Booked Product’s” dropdown menu & selecting the type of party.

Original Order Details Tab
On this screenshot which is the Order Details Tab under the Booking Checklist section is where you’ll see the order’s status.
Party Planning Tab
On Party Planning tab, this is where you can add/edit planning notes
Next tab which is the Confirmed Tab is where you’ll see 3 columns.
The first column is for “Guests” which is simply for the party’s guests,
Second column is for the “Activity” which is the party’s guest activities,
Third column is for “Food” which foods are listed here.
The last tab which is the “Post-Party” tab which is for your (additional) notes
Create a manual booking
To create a booking manually, click the “Add Booking” button as it shows on the following screenshot
Then you’ll be directed to a page where you have to select a customer/guest and the guest must have a saved account on the site. After selecting the customer, you have to select the bookable product (party type) ordered by the customer. And then, the last row is where you can choose to create a new order for the booking, or assign the booking to an existing order using an ID number, or not to create an order for the booking.
Click the “Next” button and you’ll be directed to the next page as it shows on the screenshot below
On this page, the calendar will display first and will require you to select an available date (the green ones are available on this screenshot). Second, the available times will display after choosing the date. Third, the booking cost will display after you’ve selected the time requested. Lastly is the “Create Booking” button to save the booking.
NOTE: The only time you would manually add a booking is because you need to ‘busy-out’ a particular timeslot because you, as the store owner, are doing something different than the normal party booking workflow.
View Party Resources
To view party resources, click the “Resources” tab under the Parties’s tab on your left side menu.
On this screenshot, “Sample Resource” was only created for this documentNOTE: Do not modify existing resources. Only Authorized Admins can create/modify the resources
Add/edit Global Availability
Global Availability is where you can block party rooms in the event of a holiday or other reason to block time.
Click the “Global Availability” tab under Parties’ tab on your left side menu. Then tick the “Add Range” button to add new global availabiity.
A range fields will appear where you just have to select the range, type, and if bookable, and priority as it shows on screenshot below.
To edit an existing, click “Global Availability” tab, then simply modify the range fields. And you can also remove an existing range by ticking the “x” button next to priority field.
Click the “Save Changes” button to save the range you’ve created, or click the “Add Range” button to create more range.
