About The Site

This studio owner contacted us to get out from under the never-ending follow-up to-do list for paint parties!  She was looking for an updated website but also a system that could improve her booking opportunities.

The bulk of her operations are mobile private parties.  With managing 30+ instructors in the DC area she was having a heck of a time booking, brokering, and managing it all.  We built her site so that customers can now book her staff directly.

We also integrated our Instructor Job Portal into her site so that her instructors can request to work certain jobs or she can assign them the party.   The system even sends her instructors their shift schedule for the party including up-to-date guest or ticket counts so they are not surprised when they arrive at the venue.

What was it before?

Previously they had a DIY website with basic contact forms and a google calendar app to try to manage the staff.   For both the customer and the staff the user-friendliness was not-so-nice, deterring online sales.
