How long does my site take to build?

Your site is individually designed and takes about 14 to 21 days to get your new site finished.  This includes the time we spend together going over theming the site to your studio colors, photos and studio-specific content.

Does this website replace my current website?

Yes.  We build your new WordPress website on our hosting platform with a huge feature package.  Once your new website has been designed and customized we help change your domain name to point to your new server.   We handle all the technology to make it really easy.

I can create my own events and post on my website, right?

Yes!  That is exactly what you want to be doing!  If you can post on Facebook then you can post your events on your WordPress website.  No need to understand HTML.  Use our built-in editor and make a library of event templates to make your event posting even faster.  Make studio announcements, update your store hours and holidays, blog, and book those parties!

How does my new website get registered with search engines like Google?

Once your site is live we handle all of that.   We submit your site to Google and ensure your site is properly registered, connected to your Google+/Buisness pages, analytics account, and handle all that is Google.

Can I change anything around that I want on the site?

No.  This is not your mamma’s WIX website!  It’s been hand-crafted by our web designers with year’s of industry experience.   You simply post your events, book your parties and make easy announcements and seasonal postings. We handle the rest for you.  Your site is deigned to be easy to navigate, easy to use, and will maximize the user experience into a sales funnel.    Your content is added within that framework.

Exactly what online sales results can I expect?

That depends.  We are giving you a highly functional, full-featured website.  But like all things you need to do a little work too.  If you follow our suggestions and guidelines, post your events and book your parties then your business and your site will do well.   After all, you should be interested in this service so you gain additional revenue!  If you do nothing and let it sit there, well then why would you sign up in the first place?

How much will this cost me?

The initial, one time payment for the startup of your site.   Then a low monthly fee.   Its that easy.

How do I receive payments through my website?

You will sign up for FREE directly with Stripe and/or Paypal.  We are not a middle-man with your online sales.  We link your Stripe and Paypal account directly to your website.  With Stripe, money is transferred directly to your bank account within two(2) days.   You will have full access to the entire payment process, including refunds.   Likewise with Paypal.   We walk you through this entire process and make eCommerce super-easy to use.

I'm not very technical. Can I still use this service?

Yes!  Everything we configure is set on auto-pilot.   You do not need to be technical to run your website.  If you can handle making a Facebook post then you can handle posting an event or book your parties.  There’s not much to it.

How do I share what I create on social media, like Facebook?

We setup your website with all of your preferred social networks.   Sharing out your events is as easy as clicking a button.  Post it once on your site (for your customers) and share it away on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and more.

Is there an eMail marketing system built in?

No, but we fully integrate your site with MailChimp®, one of the Web’s best eMail Marketing platforms.   And MailChimp offers you free service for up to 2,000 subscribers.  So when a customer signs up at your site they are automatically added to your MailChimp account.  You can also import your existing customers into MailChimp too.
